The highlights are not from the source footage, they are from layers I am compositing over the top of the source footage.

I am working with PR 422 but have an original RED raw source.

If I were to export the scene as a 10bit DPX sequence and bring it into Speed Grade, could I use the tools there to bring back the highlights?

I have several shots in this sequence and I ended up using the Keylight layer as a matte for the same footage and then using a spill suppressor on that layer. It works but I have never seen Keylight do that to some footage so I was a little confused. Thanks for your help guys.

The third shortcut moves the selected layer up in the order. If it was at the bottom, it moves it up to the second from the bottom layer.

Just solved my own problem. I created a Premiere Pro project with the assets organized and when I want to import the assets organized, I import the project file. Works pretty well.
