    I really need to know is how do I get a clip to realign itself with the one used in my project which got trashed if it’s been captured with capture now and has a different TC starting point?

    I didn’t label any reels. There’s about 20, I think I’ve just made an extra headache becauxe I need to sort the clips into different new projects but any advice around this is appreciated. Is there anyway I can Capture now and reconnect the media to the timeline?
