I was able to solve. This was a AJA Adobe plugin issue. I removed the plugins from AE (left them in PP and PSD, and this solved my issues.

This happens to me all the time.
It has something to do with the clipboard data. When you copy something to the clip board in AE after Mocha is opened, for some reason copying to clipboard from Mocha does not replace the clipboard data.
My work around is to go the the desktop and just copy the name of any file to the the clipboard, now when I go back to Mocha and export the track data to the clipboard, it pastes as it is supposed to in AE.

Hi Fred,

I am just posting since we know each other through Stu.

I consider keylight buggy anyway. I use it to create mattes and fills separately and almost never use the final result inside of keylight since most of my work includes several custom mattes and masks to get the comp and keys to look their best. Much of my matte work and keying for that matter is outside of Keylight. I do use it to color correct my fills sometimes as well but often creating a perfect matte is a combination of mattes generated with keylight as well as other keyers and custom masks. Just sayin’,,,

One step less helps of course. I have just been using the [command] : shortcut to get to the preferences and thinking about how to write a script for the whole thing every time I do.

thanks again. Now I can put both pant legs on at the same time even if I still have to zip and button them.
