Ah, gotcha. I ran into that where the video track was selected & would somehow de-select itself, it’s been awhile so I forget the fix.

Done the usual suspects? (updated graphics driver & Premiere updates)

    They’re currently Unlinked.

Lasso the Video & Audio Clips you’re wanting to move together, Right/CMD+Click on them and select “Link” from the DropDown Menu. Linked Video clips will have a “[V]” symbol beside the Clip Name & Linked Audio will have a “[A]”.

No way to link to a video from within a video, you’d have to have a hosting application (like the YouTube player adds Annotations).

Shouldn’t have to buy additional hardware for this.

You’d never export only one Field. You’re exporting Interlaced, so you will have to choose which Field has dominance (HD has Upper Field dominance; SD has Lower Field dominance). You make that selection in your Export Settings dialogue box.

Make your Sequence Settings match your footage & your Export settings should match what your delivery specs. If you want to confirm which Field has dominance, use MediaInfo.

Yeah, that’s it. I also created a shortcut icon on my desktop to get to my Media Cache folder so I can clean out the old stuff regularly.

Select the clip you are wanting the audio to and hit ‘B’ (or under one of the dropdown menus is ‘Modify Audio’)
This will break out your stereo track to 2 mono tracks.
