“What is your target framerate? If it is 30 (29.97) then you probably want to resample. It’s going to have to create those extra frames somehow. If your outputting 24 fps (23.976) then tell us which template your using.”

I want to put it on a dvd, so I’ve tried the following templates:

DVD Architect NTSC video stream
DVD Architect NTSC Widescreen video stream
DVD Architect 24p NTSC video stream
DVD Architect 24p NTSC Widescreen video stream

HDV 1080-24p

AVCHD 1920×1080-60i

and others, but it seems like the same problem persists with all of them in varying degrees of nastiness.
