Can you explain to me why I-FRAME ONLY MPEG is for the birds? It came default and I want to understand your thoughts. I’m mid troubleshoot and I’m very VERY curious why you say that? Thanks!
I’m trying to figure out a crazy “compiler error: unknown error” I’ve ruled out corrupt pictures, animations etc (I’ll be getting new footage to test against that) BUT I just changed my preview settings from the I-frame to proress LT. The project used to live on another editors PC … (I’m giving a little context in the event it helps)

    THANKS!

  • I’m having an almost identical issue. Did you ever get resolution? Its driving me crazy… Thanks!!

    HI!

I am having the exact same problem. I also tried the stock #36 answer to no effect. Has any progress been made on this I could really use some help – its slowing me down on an important project.

I would love some additional input. How did you finally resolve the problem?

    I am running a G4, FCP 6.0.6, mac os 10.4.11, QT 7.6.4

Thank you for any help you can offer – this is very frustrating.

    Best Regards,

    John
