I’m actually interviewing an elderly couple next weekend at the request of their adult children. This was more of a one-off for us, it’s not something we typically see or handle.

Interesting question on this: The client—the daughter of the couple—is asking for a confidentiality agreement from me to make sure anything I tape/store is kept confidential. Have any of you come across this? How did you handle it?
