very unexpected….it worked! i updated my mouse drivers like you said.. then loaded up after effects…and there is no more jitter! i tested out flash too and no more jitter! thanks alot…but i find it akward it was a mouse problem….out of all the possible things i thought it was…fonts, gfx card, monitor, and it turns out its the mouse. thanks! finally after months of annoyances…fixed! thank you!

well i recently changed my gfx card to an ati card…..could this be the issue?? i had some nvidia startup ptorgrams still on my computer even though i uninstalled all the drivers and software..so i disabled them. could the ati card be the issue here??? because thats the only thing that changed…..
