Yes, I have some parts of audio that are bad on the two cameras that have the general audio and the one camera that has the Lav. That way I can mix the audio when I’m through triming.

When you set up the multiclip with sync set to open and the timeline loaded into the view, just click on the angle you want to use and that gets edited into the timeline. I don’t see the value of the buttons and using the keypad would be kind of hard as well. So I just click on the picture I want to use and it is done. Then I go back and fine tune the edit using extended edit or the roll tool. It is all way too cool and I think with practice it will cut my time editing time in half and put out a much better product.Has anyone had any experience with the audio part of mulitclip. Such as making one angle your source and then changing that angle as you work down the timeline? I shot a wedding and have one camera set to a wireless lav and the others open. I would like to use the wireless camera for the vows and then the other camera for the rest but use all 3 cameras for the view.

Thanks for the input. I’m new to using Multiclip and it looks like a pretty good tool. The way I usually edit multi camera shots is to sync my video and then using the Clip enable (Control B) to hide the top clip toggling back and forth to see what I want to use. Is there a better way to do this?
As far as combining the clips is there another way to do this other than capturing the whole hour plus such as combining the clips through QT export and then import them again as one cllp?
