Pull the drives out and put them back one at a time. This may work. It did for me. Otherwise, the drive that doesn’t light up may be dead.

I’ve had this happen and ended up adjusting the brightness within Compressor before I export. This worked fine although a pain in the ass.

Are your storage drives full or fragmented? I had this problem on a Doc. I edited recently. Tech Tool might help too.
