Thanks. It also does fuzzes when I use the motion controller. Thanks for trying. That is a good tip regardless.

It is footage imported as DV from a panasonic 100a. I have also had the same problem when I imported a timelapse I assembled on quicktime. When I rotated the image it when fuzzy. It is a light fuzz almost liked a layer of gauz.

Not that is remains fuzzy after rendering.
