Copy the file “PE4Vegas14.dll” which is in the folder .. C:\Program files\Red Giant\Pluraleyes 4\
then paste it to … C:\ProgramData\Vegas Pro\Application Extensions\

or … “PE4VegasLoader14.dll” rather than “PE4Vegas14.dll”

4) As I understand it, it depends on the cameras. Most earlier mirrorless cameras produced FHD that was inferior to 4K > FHD. I tested my GH5 and as reported elsewhere its FHD is really good, I couldn’t see the difference between 4K > FHD. and FHD. On say a GH4 the 4K > FHD. is better than the FHD.

Not sure I can be of great help. I guess it’s all about data rate, codecs used. Maybe use as high a data rate as is practicable for the output media.

Hi Eric I think this might fix the issue, this is a recurring issue, not now in VP17. Assuming you have another version of VP that IS working ok, just change the VP numbers accordingly. Found on the Magix VP forum …

“Here is a little bit more. If you have VP14, rename the folder C:\Program Files\VEGAS\VEGAS Pro 15.0\bdmux to something like bdmux-vp15. Copy the same folder from VP14 over to VP15.”

You apply the crop to one event then right click that event and select copy.

Then select all of the other events you want to apply the same crop to, right click one of the many now multiple selected events, then select “selectively paste event attributes “ then check “video pan/crop settings then click “ok”

Hi Roger FWIW I captured from VHS tapes (using Camcorder as pass through) and DV tapes using camcorder directly and Win 10. I purchased a Pcie card from Amazon.
