Lock the comp and solo the layer you want to preview in the external monitor, click the >primary viewer button > in the bottom left corner of the Monitor window. It will always preview the comp you are locked unless you change it.Hope this helps.

Search google and you will auto shutdown scripts ,like shutdown in 4 hours 5 hours etc. Encoder tells the time needs to finish rendering.Auto shut down in Xx hours that what i do.

Hey John

U can export by selecting h264 as the codec, then go to format option set mp4 as the multiplexer.You won’t see any yellow signs. If you still seeing yellow sign , As a second option you can export it as .mov & convert the same with AME( Media Encoder) to an mpe4 by selecting H264 as codec, It will add mp4 shell extension automatically.

Purge your Memory before rendering that helps Also disable multiprocessing . You can enable the secret preference holding Shift key and select purge every 30 th frame
