I have not charged, but I do tell most clients that I will archive just the consolidated project files and Master files. I have had a couple of close call incidents where I could not find or get to an old master, but the responsibility in on the client to have it. You should be upfront with your client about who is responsible for elements.

I use Resolve 14 on a 2012 iMac and mid-2012 Tower (with an nvidia titan card).

Check your settings to make sure you are utilizing CUDA.

Looks like I will replace the Quadro 4000 with a compatible GPU and see how it goes. I am also using one of my slots for a ATTO SAS SATA card and one for my Blackmagic video card so things are getting crowded!

I am running the nVidia Quadro 4000 for CUDA use in Premiere and Resolve.
I will update all my drivers – Cuda, DaVinci Video Desktop etc and see if I can get Resolve 14 to run.
