Can anyone here comment on the izzy deal? The only way to get the practice video is to pay for it. Just curious if anyone has gone down that road. ???

    thanks

    Exactly!

I’m a LONG time aapl investor and LOVE what Apple has done in regards to FCP. Throw the OLD out and in with the new. The day Apple stops throwing some of its historical customers under the bus is the day I sell my aapl shares.

    cheers to the longs

Spec out an equivalent Dell or HP and you’ll see that the price of a MP is VERY competitive.

I’m guessing your “guess” is more like wishful thinking. MP resale market is (will be) as strong as ever.

  • I’m a longtime aapl owner and am deeeeeeep into it at this time.

Linking this debacle to SJ’s declining health is pretty ludicrous. If anything, it’s SJ’s management style and interests that lead to this mess.

    Greetings

I’m curious if FCP X can be installed on a non startup disk? I have FCS 3 installed on my startup disk and I’d prefer to NOT partition the disk as recommended by Apple.

    thanks

I would also recommend checking out the ‘refurb’ imacs. You will save ~10-15%. I have purchased Apple refurb MAC’s and can’t tell the difference from new.

Another option would be an Apple ‘epp’ store. i.e. if you’re a government worker or perhaps you work for a company that has ‘epp’ access. Either epp or refurb will save you some bucks.

Entry level 27″ IMAC would be the best/cheapest way to go FCP X.
