The error re-occurs every time I try to import a file for editning.
Nothing is ever done; start new project, import file, CS4 fails.
We upgraded 14 units from CS2 to CS4 and have this issue on 7 of the workstations. We are trying to work in the mpeg format.

I have 12 installed CS4 units and 2 CS3 and 1 CS2 all 12 CS4 units have this issue. Which makes me think it is more an application error than a hardware issue.
