I’ve disabled GPU acceleration but it still freezes.. My preview quality is set to Best and my project settings match with event media. I render in MainConcept AVC/AAC. No other VFX’s are applied. I think it could just be because my footage is in 60 frames per second at 1080p.

The rainbow itself can be done by right clicking on your background and then clicking on “blending options” and then create a rainbow gradient like that… As for the tiles I think you could try using a distortion effect and pixelate it, and then divide each square onto a new layer and then add an inner shadow effect through blending options on each layer. I’m just a beginner but I think that should do the trick. The inner shadow may be time-consuming but it will look fantastic.

December 19, 2016 at 4:51 pm in reply to: beginner : premiere pro build feedback needed

    Thats a great PC!
I have almost the exact same specs.

Premiere Pro runs fantastic for me however the only problem is it kind of lags when editing 4K or 1080p 60fps so unless you’re editing 4k or 1080p 60fps, It shouldn’t be a problem at all. I don’t think any cooling for the gpu is necessary because I don’t have anything cooling my gpu other than the built in fan and it never reached over 60 degrees celsius. Maybe when rendering but rendering usually only takes a minute for a five minute clip…
