The effect looks like something that we all dread when losing sync..
I personally don’t know of a Plug-in to give that effect, but maybe someone else on here will..

You can make insert a new Video track beneath the still image and then from the Media Generator tab, select a Solid colour and drag it to the position underneath the image and adjust its length to suit.

Ni NIck.. As it is a FREE font that is available you can download it from my drop box

I don’t think it is a natural font that comes with Work, etc but…. download it and save it to your desktop. Then go to Control panel and change the VIEW ( top right ) from Category to Large icons. You will then see the FONTS folder ICON. Double click it to open the folder and you will see all the other fonts you have. Then… just drag and drop the Autumn font into the folder and it will ask you if you want to install it. Just say yes and it is done. Hope you have success…Then open Vegas and it will be in your list of available fonts,,,,

So when you go to Render your project, what are you selecting?
Is it HD,or Mpeg2, MP4, etc….What is the template you are using….

So what were the project settings and what was the last render selection?

In the PAN and CROP tool section you will see a small icon with a line with arrow head on both end. If you click it, it will change to All movements or only Up or only Sideways
