trouble with effect.
so i want to edit a video and i have been looking everywhere for a tuturial everywhere for this effect ( https://i1.creativecow.net/u-upload.php# ), but cant find it anywhere, i would appreciate a lot if somebody could help me.

The effect looks like something that we all dread when losing sync..
I personally don’t know of a Plug-in to give that effect, but maybe someone else on here will..

So finally i was able to find the effect, if anybody also wants it, its called Damaged Tv (wich is included in BCC)
