No problem, I am just trying to give back the help I got.

And I guess you might as well just use the 32 bit. I understand you won’t be able to utilize as much RAM and it might be a little more sluggish than 64, but at least it works. I honestly don’t know how to fix it, except with just a little experimentation.

    Either way, good luck!!

Encoding in Sony AVC did not work, unfortunately. I then tried rendering to uncompressed .avi, which did not work. Then I tried to pre-render each 1 minute section and then final render, which did not work. I am going to try to convert my source video and if that does not work I am going to re-edit the movie on Vegas Pro 9 which I know works on my computer.

If you have any more ideas, I’d really appreciate it!

I will give it a shot John. Thanks for your advice!

Although I have no reason to doubt you, I have rendered about 5 videos to .wmv with Vegas Pro 9. But they were not 720p60f source files, they were WVGA 30f. But who knows, its a new version of Vegas and completely different from what I am used to. I only chose Movie Studio Platinum because it had video stabilization which interested me. If this doesn’t work I am going to try pre-converting all my source files to the same file extension I am going to render to, just so Vegas doesn’t have to work so hard.

    Thanks again!

The video is .mov with H.264 compression, if thats what you are looking for.

Inconveniently, I was planning to do slow motion work with the video. Figures 🙁

I did find out the problem, I think, and I fixed it. It appears that the project file got corrupted. So I opened another window of vegas and copy and pasted and now its working with tolerable preview frame rates.

Unfortunately when I try to render the project, which I recently completed, the render process gets nearly nowhere when I get a low memory warning. I clearly don’t have low memory, and I can’t determine what’s wrong.

    Any help will be appreciated!!

I remember that would sometimes happen with me, and I think it was the source video I was using. Can you render it and have it work correctly?

Do another screenshot but move the Pan/Crop window so we can see the timeline.
