Bob – the Dell 2405FPW works great with the HDP in both HD and SD. It will not do 50 or 48Hz though, so the HDP will frame rate convert to 60Hz for this display. This monitor also has HD/SD component video inputs – so Kona 2 can drive it directly with its component outputs. For 24Hz, Kona 2 will frame rate convert the outputs to 59.94 Hz if you change the “video playback” setting in the “Audio/Video settings” or “View” menus.
(By the way, you can also downconvert 23.98 HD to SD by changing the “video playback” the same way).
