HI: I have experienced the same problem with the deNoiser.
But if the noise is like low humming or high pitched sounds, u can use the Highpass or Lowpass effects to eliminate unwanted frequencies.

APP Help: – The Higphass effect removes frequencies below the specified Cutoff frequency and the Lowpass effect eliminates frequencies above the specified Cutoff frequency. –

U can also use the MultibandCompressor effect to have even more control of each band (Low-, Mid-, High- Frequensies).

If you cut the footage in the video track, just make sure you cut the audio in the audio track underneath it aswell. For example, put the your timeline marker at the position where u want to cut your video footage. Select your razor (c) and click on that video clip at the marker to to cut the clip. Cut the audio also at the same place where you have placed your marker.
Bottomline is that if you cut video you must cut the audio underneath it aswell otherwise the rest of your audio will messed up in your prohect. Hope you understand.

I’m not sure how that gold-effect you are talking about, look but here is a way to get that look. I’ve used Adobe After Effects and applied the Photo Filter (Effects/Adjust/Photo Filter) to the video clip. Then I used the following settings:
Filter : Custom
Color : R :947 ; G :554 ; B :0
Density : 100%
Preserve Luminosity : Selected

You can play around with the color and density and even with the luminosity until you get the right effect you want.
