ahh.. duh joe, just scroll along, and look, there it is, frame rate, 29.97 fps, okey so its definately NTSC. So im guessing i should be working in the DV-NTSC Anamorphic, why anamorphic? said so at the beginning of the DVD.. i’ll go back and give it another try this evening. Thanks for the help.

yes the mov’s that come on the training DVD.
