Create a New Sequence with the Preview setting you want and Copy/Paste your old timeline into the new.

Turn off the Maximum Bit Depth. The only time you need that is if you are working with high-end animation and/or exporting the timeline with transparency/alpha channels.
My suggestion; change your Sequence Settings to Preview File Format QuickTime codec ProRes 422, turn off Max Bit Depth, turn off Max Render Quality. Render timeline. Export timeline as QuickTime ProRes 422, select Use Previews. Then use Media Encoder (turning on Use Maximum Render Quality) to do any downscaling and conversion to other formats.

After selecting the video setting go to the Audio tab and change the Audio Format to Dolby Digital, see if that helps. Also, change the Bitrate setting to 320.

We’ve had good luck with the H.264 Apple TV, iPad, iPhone 4 and newer 720p 29.97 for universal playability, good quality and a small file size. If file size is not an issue you can up the Bitrate Settings to Target Bitrate 6 and Maximum Bitrate 7. Don’t push those numbers too high or the decoder will run into problems when you play it back.

When changing the Speed/Duration check the box Maintain Audio Pitch.

Since you are editing in Premiere CS6 you would add a Fast Color or 3-Way Color filter. Yes, look around for tutorials. It’s not hard once you see how it’s done and what to look for in you video clips to correct.

All of Andrew’s tips are spot on. I can only re-emphasize to slow down, way down. You are selling an elegant home, no reason to power walk through it. Slow down, let them take in rooms and let them see the photographs longer. Think of the pace of your music. The visual pacing should be the same relaxed feel.

How fast is the scale transition?
Slower speeds will make it smoother.Are you scaling up a 16×9 image in a 4×3 timeline?
That would make the left and right sides arrive at the edge before the top and bottom.Joe
