Hi Michael,

in the scenario of recording and transcoding to 59.94p base frame rates whats the best way to record the audio? With 29.97 TC?
I am working on specific project where we will be recording 4K XAVC @ 59.94 base rate. We are thinking about syncing the sound then and transcoding to DNxHD145 720p 59.94.

We are obviously very keen the dailies process goes very smoothly resulting in a pain free conform in a 4K 59.94p capable finishing system like Pablo.

Hi Jerry,

thanks for you reply. The user manual was the first resource I checked, although there is information on Voice Over it doesn’t address the needs of my customers workflow. If you have any experience with VO relevant to my post I would be grateful for some practical advice….

Thanks for the reply.
I had a look at the CHV Clone plugin and also the Fxfactory Clone tool (which also works in motion) but unfortunately it is a simple shape based clone tool with no painting functionality.

I am looking for a plugin that works within FCP and Motion that allows me to paint like the Clone Stamp tool in Photoshop or the brush tool in Avid DS. Having to go out to Shake or Photoshop my be my only option but I was hoping someone found a more elegant solution.
