There are no effects.
I click on Event Pan/Crop of an image as an example, whatever I want to cut off of that image, I get that white contour line.
About masking settings, they’re default, I open Event Pan/Crop then mask whatever I want.
Like I said it disappears if I use feather so if you say we have to use feather to get rid of it I’ll assume that’s how it works so that white line is normal but if not, I’d like to know why I’m getting that line.
And like I said above I didn’t change any mask setting 😉John I found the problem.
If I add a file in the middle of a project, there’s no white line but when I start a new project and add a file, when I open Event Pan/Crop for the first time, by default it has Sony Brightness and Contrast plugin after Pan/Crop like you mentioned, it always happens the first time I open Event Pan/Crop of any file, once I delete Brightness plugin, when I open Event Pan/Crop again it’s not there.
Weird.
Thanks for your help guys 😉We have so much time and so little to do! / Willy Wonka

I guess I wasn’t clear enough.
John I want to set different bpms to the ruler and not only one for the entire project.
I don’t want Vegas to know/follows audio file bpm, I want to set it manually.
As an example, in pro tools song bar 1 = 120 bpms, in bar 60 it changes to 80 bpms, so I can set any bpm I want to each bar, I just need to do that with vegas, let’s say measure 1 = 120 bpms, measure 60 = 80 bpms.
Can I do that or vegas ruler have only one bpm to the entire project? We have so much time and so little to do! / Willy Wonka

Yep, you know texts are texts, people get whatever they want from them.
That’s a nightmare when speaking in a different language, the way you say things in your own language sometimes is different the way they say the same things in another language 😉

I found the problem but it’s weird to me.
One of the videos I have in my project was sent by a friend of mine direct from its cam, properties says it’s a AVI file, it was the problem.I converted it to mp4 and added to my project then deleted the AVI version………………BOOM………….rendering time now is 38 minutes!
Should we all convert videos to a specific format before importing to vegas?
I mean is there a video format that works better/faster with vegas?
Now I can tell vegas likes mp4 videos 😉Thanks guys for your time and patience trying to help 😉

Thanks Stephen.
Only vegas installed.
Tell me how much should vegas be consuming in that “Commit” column?
While rendering it’s around 340.400kbs.We have so much time and so little to do! / Willy Wonka
