Iceman Effect
Hey guys I know how to make a person look like made of ice with Photoshop as you can see in the link but what about Vegas, can I do something close?
Maybe with BCC plugins?

I would start with the Convolution Kernel using the Emboss preset and then add Sepia with a blue color. You could use the same compositing modes as in the tutorial and probably get pretty close.

Great! Vegas Pro has the same compositing modes as Photoshop so you should be able to get really close.
