John here the same thing happens as in this video =
https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=k48ONbdJv_w
It just mess up red and blue, everything get out of focus.
I have this 3D glass that came with my 3D LG tv, with it nothing changes.
Nothing is in 3D, I just see red and blue lines coming through, it looks weird. We have so much time and so little to do! / Willy Wonka

Hmm I see, so if I import my video into Maya as an example, I just do what you said and I’ll have some kind of 3D?

Thanks Andrew but I just want to know which format has no quality loss or at least, less quality loss 😉

Yep but I think we already agreed pan/crop zooming has better quality, not?
With parent motion/track motion quality is bad.
I knew about parent motion but it distorts image if zoom is big, looks like image has low quality.
I already did that in a corridor, when zoom reached its door, it looked like bad quality image so I thought using parent motion for zooming was wrong, then I tried pan/crop and quality was awesome BUT I couldn’t find a way to zoom more than 1 track together.BTW thanks John for trying to help 😉

Let me give you an example.
-I have a session with 30 video tracks + some audio tracks.
-There’s a scene which has 5 video tracks, one have a background picture, the other one has a video over that pic, and another one has an actor etc.
-There’s a door in that beckground pic and I want to make a zoom like if cam(point of view) walked through that door.
-So I need all tracks of that scene zooming, if I zoom only that background pic(door), that video playing over background pic and actor won’t follow my zooming, they will stay at the same place while the whole background is moving.
Zooming with track motion has poor quality so why not a master pan/crop?
Maybe you guys know another way to do that.
I know I could render that part then zoom the whole thing but I just can’t believe there’s no master pan/crop.
You said you never needed it so everytime you wanted to do something like what I want, you just rendered and pan/crop the rendered video?
If yes that’s strange to me cause a simple master pan/crop would do that without having to render/import etc.
It’s like I have to render that part with 5 video tracks which I want to zoom, import it, do that zoom, render again and import it again?

Yep zooming with track motion = bad quality.
I don’t get it, why a program that was built to edit video doesn’t let me zoom a scene that has 10 tracks AS AN EXAMPLE?
That’s weird even for a noob like me.
If there’s a video output efx and whatever effect I put there video will follow, why there’s not a master pan/crop?
Hmm…………this ‘editing video noob’ thinks that’s strange.
Sorry if I’m saying something dumb cause I don’t how to develop programs but if there’s a master video efx, why not a master pan crop?
Who developed vegas?

Thanks but I asked about all tracks at the same time and not only one track.

I closed session.
When I watched it, pan worked so it worked only for rendering.
I opened that session again and now it’s working.

Yep you can hear different accents but as a foreigner, I can hear them a hundred times stronger cause I’m not used to their sounds since I was born.
It’s so good learning about other cultures, if I was rich, I’d never spend money on mansions and ferraris, I’d travel around the world and live on the coolest places for maybe a year to get to know their language, food etc.
Some people love dead things(cars, diamonds, golden etc) too much, this planet is the real master piece, there’s beauty wherever you look, even better where we haven’t destroyed YET.
