Ray Lewis you literally saved my ass.

This worked for me> opened New Project> changed Sequence settings to match my project> Import> Box pop up asking if you want to Import only selected sequences> choose the most important one> open = works like a charm

Tried changing codecs in TextEditor didn’t work! This one was the simplest and best solution so far!!

Movavi Video Converter is the fastest solution especially when you get a lot of MTSs.

I tried all solutions above and then i came across this.
