    Had the same problem.

    Seems the prefs are corrupted. Go to the prefs rename the directory.
    Open media encoder and copy presets from the old to the new preferences.

    Same issue with Resolve 10 here only I run OSX10.8.5
    NVIDIA Quadro 4000
    CUDA v5.5.25 now upgrading to 8.16.74.310… still not working!

    After startup iI get:
    No CUDA Acceleration Hardware Detected! Please quit Resolve and install a CUDA accelerated GPU card or update your CUDA software driver to the latest version before continuing to use Resolve. CUDA driver updates can be done from the Mac System Preferences.

    Could you be so kind to drop some settings here.
    I’m in trying hard to get 30fps to 25. Looks like I succeed but I’m not shure yet.
