Today’s update…
I worked for a few hours with Dave Spoestra from BM and we changed the protocol to Panasonic RE 422 from Sony RS 422, and that acieved two things…picture in edit to tape and the ability to edit to tape, but still don’t haver SDI audio into the deck, only AES.

Playback with digital audio was solved by copying everything to a new project. Still can’t edit to tape and still don’t have embedded audio from the card to deck via SDI.
Editing to tape, the deck goes through all the motions, and records, but there is no audio or video coming through, but timecode is there>
