    Thanks Alex, but it’s just as many clicks as cutting at in and out. I just didn’t know if my desired action was called something I was unaware of.

    Cool, yea I’m using those. It’s just interesting they have lift and extract but not “split” or something of the like. Thanks!

    I have a clip in the Sequence. I set my IN an OUT points in the middle of this clip. I want to cut at both the in and out points simultaneously (preferably with a shortcut), so I can then ramp speed on this new clip. Does this exist in Premiere Pro CC 2016?

    Where/what is the function to cut at both in and out?

    Right now I’m cutting at IN point then moving over to OUT and cutting again. As always, just trying to save a few clicks 😉

  • This did the trick for me. I was trying to get a colored gradient background into Premiere from Illustrator. Saved as .eps but had to remove Include CMYK PostScript in RGB Files.
