Sorry if I was vague, but it is a desktop.

Will this graphics card allow for a cpu screen to display Premiere as well as playback on a separate TV/monitor?

Looks like a Quicktime update messed it up. I reverted to the older Quicktime HDV Component file and fixed it (the PerianHDV.component file worked as well).

Thanks, but Sony has a plug in that is supposed to work with FCP. They have plugins for FCP 6 and FCP 7. That’s the weird part. The plugin works for me in FCP6 but the FCP 7 plugin is not working. I was curious if anyone uses the HVR-MRC1 with FCP 7.03.

I’m sorry, what do you mean by “re-initialise machine controls” I checked under the device controls and it appears correct. DV-NTSC.

By the way, I’ve added them to the fonts folder under my user name, under the hard drive and library and under the osX folder and library. Am I missing something?

I’m using a laptop and noticed that the vidoe playback setting was set incorrectly.
