    Interesting, I appreciate the info.

I’m not sure how to do that exactly, is that a layer in photoshop? Wouldn’t the puppet warp only effect the hand when you switch off the black layer? Not sure how that would work, could you explain it a little more?

    I really appreciate it.

hehehehe, funny response, although it is painful. I figured that is what it would come to. I appreciate the help anyway.

Suppose it is something to look forward to in CS9.

I don’t understand why it wouldn’t give good results. From what I’ve seen (which isn’t much) the images look fantastic.

I would have figured compressing footage with a particular codec in after effects would be exactly the same as taking a higher quality output from after effects and compressing it with another program using the same codec.

    Care to elaborate?

My funky motion graphics teacher has us use the H.264 codec with quicktime movies.

Set the format as a quicktime movie, and under format options, choose H.264. A 57 second 1920 by 816 video ended up being 138 mb. The picture is pretty good, too.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks a lot for the swift reply. Much appreciated. If I could give you an e-muffin, I would, and an e-pat on the back too.

I noticed the glitch before after reading another thread that said to make an “if time>x then regain control” or something to that effect (not familiar with the syntax). The camera glitched like you said.

I’ll give this a whirl. Thanks again.
