  • make a warp mesh move as if being viewed with a camera

    Hello,

I’m trying to make raster cartoon dog’s ear perk up with a mesh warp effect.

When I apply the mesh warp to the raster layer, which is moving because it is being viewed by a camera controlled by a null object, the mesh stays in its start position, and ends up warping anything under the view of the camera as it pans.

I figured there would be a “stick to layer” or “track layer” option, but don’t seem to be able to find it.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

    Jim

Precomp the ear and leave all attributes- apply mesh distort inside precomp.
