I agree. Did you find any other software players which would work with with this card? More interested in the output than the capture abilities…

João did you ever find out how to setup VLC for output using the Blackmagic SDI card. Just purchased the card and their built in player is not very good. Was attempting to use VLC since Blackmagic indicates they support it…Thanks!
