April 17, 2012 at 2:20 amWhat I noticed with my Intensity Pro is that I now another capture device in VLC called BMD WDM and it works properly with VLC. The original Decklink device still shows up, but that never worked properly for me.

October 3, 2012 at 1:54 pmJoão did you ever find out how to setup VLC for output using the Blackmagic SDI card. Just purchased the card and their built in player is not very good. Was attempting to use VLC since Blackmagic indicates they support it…Thanks!

October 3, 2012 at 2:06 pmHi there!
Blackmagic support its only for input capture and streaming. It would be great for output. there is someone that have done this on Linux.
Hope Blackmagic can write a driver for VLC output!

October 3, 2012 at 2:25 pmI agree. Did you find any other software players which would work with with this card? More interested in the output than the capture abilities…
Thanks
