For me the plug-ins are in the APP (plug-ins\en-us\ folder)

Also in premiere it shows up under video effects or video transitions under “3rd party” folder.

My guess is if that doesn’t work, uninstall v7 and install v8

Ya, for DV, it captures it as around 4 Mbits/sec not 25 Mbits/sec, capturing through firewire

unless u’re saying to capture as 25Mbit/sec, you need SDI connection?
