Are there any other tips or tricks I should know about when it comes to capturing or editing in progressive in Fcp?

Oh! Heres another question: been trying to export my anamorphic footage out in quicktime – but it keeps appearing in squashed 4:3 when I open it in quicktime..
how do I go about keeping it nice and widescreen like in the export? Any particular codec or file format I need to use? any settings?

– when editing, you should set your sequence to progressiv, otherwise transitions etc would introduce interlaceing

How do I set my sequence to progressive??
Is that in the Sequence preset of DV PAL 48 khz anamorphic where you can change the “FIELD DOMINANCE” to “odd”, “even” or “None”. will changing it to “none” make sure its progressive?
Or is there some other way?
