thank you both for your tips, they worked a treat, however I feel like it will be easier in the end to fake it on Photoshop lol.. and thanks for the example!! 🙂

I subdivided the extrude some more (because my curtain was much larger than that in the tutorial) and it worked 🙂 Yay! Thanks so much Brian!!
