I am pulling it from a mac formatted harddrive to my PC, would that make a difference?

Yeah, I’m a bit worried that Apple shot themselves in the foot on this one. Hope they can make some adjustments and get back the market share they had, because if AXEL sucks then they’ll probably lose a lot of business.

Sorry about that. On a whim, I tried reloading the footage and now its working fine…still confused why it did it in the first place.

Thanks for all your help guys. It was one of those very bizzare glitches I guess.

    OpenGL is adaptive.
    Using CS5
    Mac OS X Version 10.6.5

I tried toggling the OpenGL and nothing happened

Morphing from the same shot of an MCU of a guy. It’s nothing spectacular, I just hate doing a bunch of jump cuts

They’re roughly 90 secs. Thanks for the suggestions I will try both.

Play back is fine which is what is confusing me. It plays fine and I was able to figure out the frame rate (for the other guy who posted, it’s not a communication issue because they’re different projects)

The issue now is that when we try to capture it, it only captures in about 1 1/2 minute increments and then it stops (like there was a timecode break, but there’s not) Then continues to capture another 1 1/2 minute segment, but we’re losing frames so it’s not like we can just throw it all on the time line and it’s good.

We’ve tried KONA, firewire, capture now, batch capture, everything. It’s DVCPRO HD.
