No Audio with MXF in Vegas
Would anyone know why I can play MXF files in VLC with no problems on a PC, but when I import the files to Sony Vegas 11 there is no audio? I don’t recall ever having this problem before but it’s been a couple years since I last used Vegas so maybe something has changed.

I am pulling it from a mac formatted harddrive to my PC, would that make a difference?

MXF definitely works with SVP 10 and 11.

Yes. They do. I use them all the time (when I use Vegas these days). Try copying them from onto a Windows formatted USB stick and see if that helps. I assume you formatted the Mac drive using Apple’s disk utility that formatted it to a Windows formatted drive?
