Thank you Ted for your answer. You gave me a lot to think about. I will do the edit first in Premiere and then key the final video in AE.
Good thing is to use dynamic link to check the keys while editing, to see if the pictures match?

Another question, is my project settings right if I use AVCHD 1080p 30 or can I edit it in HDV 1080p 30 with 1440×1080?

Sorry if I´m being pretty messy with my explanation here. Hope you understand what I mean.

Oh and why render out tga/tiff?
