Ha, yes, not a great feeling! One tip I read is to download the Maxon app and then be sure to get rid of the Red Giant Manager app- that seemed to help me be able to get the legacy version I needed, but I’m still flailing here!😕 Good luck!

Ok, a related weird issue: I migrated all my files, I downloaded the Maxon app and was prompted to reinstall my Trapcode Suite since it was purchased via Red Giant. Installed successfully but now all plugins in Suite are licensed except Particular 🙁 I do own the whole suite but that one appears unlicensed. No online support available from Maxon or Red Giant, & support tix go unanswered. I use it all the time and it’s a huge problem- anyone have a similar issue, and any ideas to troubleshoot?
