    Hey Ed,

If you’re still having this problem, I though of a couple of other things to try:

    1) Try using Expose (F9) to see if it reveals that window, and if so, try clicking on it.
    2) Try enabling “Spaces” (in the System Preferences) then hit F8. If it shows the window, you could try dragging it into place.

    Good luck,

    Hey Ed,

If you’re having the same problem I was, when you click Export > Media, everything seems to sort of lock up and clicking anywhere on the Premiere Pro application makes your computer beep.

I was on a PC when I was having this problem, and I did this:

    1) Pressed Alt+Space

This made a little popup menu show up.

    2) I hit the down arrow one time and selected “Move”

    3) I held down the right arrow key for a while, and eventually the window started sliding onto my monitor from the left. (So I guess in my case my export media window was to the left in some kind of no-monitor-limbo. Maybe yours is the same, or maybe it’s in a different direction?)

It took maybe 10 or 15 seconds of holding the arrow before the window started sliding into view. It didn’t happen right away. In fact, I was almost about to give up and try another direction when it peeked onto my monitor.

Good luck, and I hope this helps!

Thank you guys SO much! I had just spent two days trying to figure out this exact problem and came across this fix that you described, which worked like a charm. 🙂
