The problem I am having is in only in compressor and exporting from compressor. It is stretching the video to 2560X1080 (took a screen shot of compressor preview window at 100% and measured it in Photoshop).

This is before any settings are applied, just simply opening it in Compressor. Any compression setting that are applied use the stretched dimensions not the original 1440×1080

I’m assuming that it displays 1920 due to pixel aspect ratio?

I am using Final Cut Pro 6.0.6 on OS X 10.6.1 my Quicktime version is 10.0 I’ll export the sequence as a quicktime movie, and everything looks fine there, but when I bring it into Compressor 3.0.5 then the video will look stretched in the preview.

    Hey Dan and everyone,

Just wondering if you ever found a solution to exporting an .flv from Final Cut Pro with CS4. I know that with CS3 installed you were given the option but when we installed CS4 Master Collection on a new computer there was no option within Final Cut to export an flv using the adobe flash encoder. Did Adobe drop this support in CS4?
