For RAM Preview: there’s a button in the preview panel that looks a little similar to a play button. See the following link:
Look under the “Use RAM preview to play video and audio” subhead.
You can also try a Standard Preview:
You can hit the spacebar for a standard preview – that will play the video in the active Composition, Layer, or Footage panel from the current time. However, Standard Preview will not play audio.

You can also render faster using your Terminal and ‘aerender.’ Simply set up your project to render with the desired settings and save the project. Open Terminal and drag the ‘aerender’ script (found in Applications > After Effects > aerender) into the terminal window. Then hit space bar then type ‘-project’ and drag your AE project file into the terminal and hit the return key. Your project will then render fairly fast and you will still have enough remaining ram to continue working on your computer without it slowing down. This is also a great way to render multiple AE projects at once!

I noticed you want to preview the work in Full Res. Try setting your Comp window to 1/2 res or 1/3rd res and then hit 0 for a ram preview – you’ll get a much longer clip.

It’s a 720p television. Try using HDV/HDTV 720 29.97 (square pixels).
