I probably sound really dumb about now but i don’t see where to make the background transparent. I went to Generated Media (the filmstrip botton on the text track) and then to properties and see nothing about Transparency.

Here’s a screen shot. I done exactly what you said:

I don’t know what i’m doing wrong but i can’t get Just the text to show up in the picture. I want it to scroll across if possible.

I do see dots to the left of the time box and yes i can move that but i dont know how to move any others. I don’t see dots on the others. Is there any way to just go back to the default settings?
