I messed up the settings

See the row of dots on the left side of each window? Click and drag on those, and the window goes undocked and you can put it anywhere on your screen.

I do see dots to the left of the time box and yes i can move that but i dont know how to move any others. I don’t see dots on the others. Is there any way to just go back to the default settings?

Dear Jeff. do this it may help.
on the upper left corner, Next to “file” and “Edit” you have “view”.
Go to:
“View”, then “window layouts” and press “Load default setting”
