Yes I have the same issue with Video FX Keyframes. I submitted a report to Sony – please do so too, to put pressure on them to fix it. Note that 11.0, build 425, does not have this problem (although it has other bugs).

I was having problems getting registered at the Sony site. Now it’s working, so I was able to submit the problem.

Yes, it looks like 425 works fine. I’m back to that now.
